In this conversation, our guests reflect on these questions through the lens of their creative and land-based practices — exploring how art, ecology, and care intersect in their relationships with the living world.

Marian Boswall is an award-winning landscape architect and author celebrated for her work in regenerative design and heritage restoration. Her practice interlaces ecological healing with spiritual depth, placing care, memory, and the sacred at the heart of land stewardship.

Michelle Moore is a botanical artist whose work bridges art, ecology, and narrative. Through intricate, observational pieces, she reveals the subtle intelligence of plants — often drawing focus to the endangered, the overlooked, and the quietly profound.

Fiona Pickles is a pioneering floral designer and co-founder of Flowers From the Farm. Renowned for her use of seasonal, locally grown blooms, she creates ephemeral installations that reflect the poetry of impermanence and the rhythms of the natural world.
